I have 25 different types of hardwoods 1/4in thick 1 /2in. Wide and 6in. Long thinking of adding them in some way to a small log of some sort to turn for a vase or small lamp or something,lol and i have a cedar knot or burl i wanted to ask some pros about that thing

The back of this thing was rotten so not much left on the back and the burl is only 2 1/2 in. Thick thanks in advance

The burl is pretty as is--and maybe just put a finish on it. I think it's too decayed to do much else with it.

As for the "25 different types of hardwoods 1/4in thick 1 /2in. Wide and 6in. Long," are you sure of those dimensions? The photos seem to show larger blanks.

I have some larger blanks yes sir,just a round and about any ideas for the exotics I've got larger exotics for inlays and such on my jewelry boxes such as purpleheart and moaning and a few others got some live edge stuff too
