Location: Chicago, IL

I'm a builder, remodeler, electrician, landlord, and woodworker in the Chicago area. I started building, remodeling, and maintaining houses & buildings in the mid 1970s, still doing it today.

My Grandfather got me started in woodworking and electric in his tiny basement workshop in Ohio. I can still remember the exact details of the first time my Grandfather let me cross cut wood on his table saw. I couldn't have been much older that 9, and I was scared to death. Still remember the sights, sounds and smells of that shop. I have been fortunate to have had some very special patient teachers over the years.

Work and a great family, (wife, 2 kids, a dog, and a big yard to play) keep me very busy.

The talent on this website amazes me every day, it is an awesome place to learn and contribute to.

Welcome to Lumberjocks. The projects are an inspiration, the information is priceless and the people are supportive. The only problem is, the site can get addictive.

God Bless
