146 dead victims among the 175 passengers of the flight Spanair JK 5022 fron Madrid-Barajas to Las Palmas-Gando! An MD-82. One more time!
May they rest in peace.
But today I’m the most fortunate man in the world: my wife and my three children were not on that flight. The same airline, the same destiny, but four hours later. As the hours pass I’m feeling more and more sick. I could see my children on TV standing behind the TV reporters. Oh, Lord! They will fly tomorrow. I can’t hardly wait to meet them tomorrow. But I’m the most fortunate man in the world, thank you Lord.
I’m listening to the news: the crashed airplane passes its last checking on January 24, MY BIRTHDAY! I have gotten the most valuable present of my life.
May they rest in peace. God bless the victims and their families.

I can’t even begin to imagine what news like that feels like. I’m so thankful your family was not on that flight and so sad for the victims and their families.

No bigger heart break than to loose a child or god forbid your family taken from you. Happy to hear the family is safe and hopefully well.

He work in mysterious ways. Events such as these, surely make us wonder what is planned for us. Certainly you and your family are blessed and He has something great awaiting you.

I feel your pain and sorry for those who were lost and your joy and relief for those spared.

There, but for the grace of God, go I. it is times like this that make us realize we must cherish each and every day as we do not have access to Heaven’s plan and schedule.

Mis pensamientos están con usted y su familia. Algunas veces toma un acontecimiento como esto para apreciar verdad lo que usted tiene. Tan triste como son las noticias de las otras, estoy alegre que su familia es segura.

My thoughts are with you and your family. Some times it takes an event like this to truly appreciate what you have. As sad as the news of the others is, I am glad that your family is safe.
