A Wooden Trampoline?

This is a work in progress. Not from me but my youngest daughter. Every once in a while one of my two daughters will come to work with me. They have their own work shirt and tool belt.

I asked my youngest daughter what she was building and she told me a trampoline. I assume this is because I have asked for one for the last several years and my wife will not let Santa bring one. I think I like this one better anyway.

What is the elasticity of oak?

I’ll keep you posted on the progress of the wooden trampoline.

Nice post, Chris. It is wonderful to see you enjoying this with your daughters.

By the way I enjoy the live feed. For those of us, like myself, who are professed shop junkies this is the ultimate “fix”. It is interesting to see what is going on in there but it does make it difficult to get anything done in my shop!! :)

Thanks for the post.

Thanks for posting the pictures, She’s a cutie and it’s obvious she must look like her mother! Keep her interested and safe. Trampoline wood? Oak? Who am I to say?
