I am going to build a platform bed with the theme of a skateboard. It is a simple platform with the ends turned up. I will use a MDF platform and used poplar on the ends. I will dowel and glue the poplar on for strength. When I got the request, I was trying to figure out how to build the wheels. I kept going back and forth from MDf wheels with graphics on them or try to find some real wheels. After doing some proportion work, I figured I needed 6” wheels. I found some from
