I just want to drop here a short video about how I sharpen my forstner bits. I hope it came useful for somebody. Please feel free to leave your feedback.

You did forget one crucial thing (I did too)! The square center point. You need to make it about half of current size, maybe even smaller, then You WILL SEE the difference! But then You need to use VERY LOW RPM.
