Hi,
My name is Scott Wunder. I am a professional woodworker specializing in wine cellars, furniture and built-ins from local woods. I cut more lumber than I can use myself and operate a lumber store to help me find a home for it.

I sell a lot of lumber in the rough, but also process lumber to any level, including wide-belt sanding. I cut anything that grows locally and will have a range of grades and species, as well as large slabs. I fill orders of any size and work with several local sawmills and wholesalers when I can't personally supply the lumber.

My new location, just over the Missouri River in St. Charles, is easy to get to from I-70 or the Page extension. I have a 5,500 sq. ft. shop with about 3,500 devoted to lumber sales.

I love to help customers find the right wood for their job and freely give woodworking advice at my shop and at wunderwoods.com, on my sawmilling and woodworking blog.

Welcome to Lumberjocks. I looked over your website and the articles are great. One thing that caught my eye was your Corley circle mill and also your Timberking 1220 bandsaw. That’s a great combination. Watch out for nails, horse shoes and chains… I found a gate hinge 6” from the center of a 48” red oak log once.
