I am married to Kelly and have been for 26 years, she is my greatest encourager and strongest supporter. We have two girls age 30 and 25, and four Grand children. 3 boys and one girl.
They are the reason its called Papa's and they are the joys of my life..

I do most of my work by hand, as I love the feel of creating something with my hands.. the feel of the wood as its shaped and changed with every stroke
of the tool..its the most relaxing thing I can do.

I work with original designs and love reproductions, have really gotten into the carving aspect of the old classics and look forward to doing as many as I can..
Just recently finished a Chippendale stool in cherry complete with ball and claw feet and a carved skirt with upholstered seat. I will upload some pics to my gallery as soon as I figure my way around the site..
I also play the guitar, sing and write my own songs, and am also a fair painter, liking mostly landscapes and water.
I have gone on long enough, if you made it this far I commend you..
I love Jesus, He is my Lord and Savior.. God Bless you all...
Papa

Welcome Steve!
LOL on the pictures! You do alright with your computer stuff.
LJs has a neat feature where a member can tell about and show off his shop. You can find it in the pull down that’s present after you sign in. Looking forward to seeing that.
Made you a woodworking buddy, like friending on facebook.

Dan
