Hello to my Fellow Woodworkers,
I kind of chuckled when I seen the box that said (about me).. and was wondering was it from my point of view.. or my wifes. I think I'll stick with my point of view.
I have been a home woodworker for about 30 years in that time I have built everything from tables to towel racks. About 20 years ago I got interested in the world of INTARSIA (making pictures in wood) so I decided to enter a picture in one of the local fairs.. and won Best in Show. I felt that if I could do this, then maybe I could teach it to others. I then started to teach it at the Parks and Recreation Center and turned out some Award Winning students. This was truly gratifying as I passed along this wood art form.
Today my interests have changed a little and I am now getting into the hobby of building musical insturments. ( F5 Mandolins ) and would welcome some contact from people that have made musical insturments.

John.. ( aka Woodmight )

Welcome to Lumberjocks. The projects are an inspiration, the information is priceless and the people are supportive. The only problem is, the site can get addictive.

God Bless
