Did these folks go out of business or something?

I’ve had an order in for over a week and it still shows “Awaiting Shipping”

No answer from their phone number and no response to my emails.

WTH over?

I know nothing about them, however, I did look at their site and they get almost everything from PSI http://www.pennstateind.com/store/woodturning.html and PSI has been there for 25 years and also where a lot of other sites get and sell their pens and kits too.

This website is actually a firm that has a long history of not being responsive in the penturning community. Steebar is the real company name, based out of Peapack, NJ…..check out the history of complaints with this on line vendor here – http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/directory/steebar or on penturning.org site.

Hope you can cancel your credit costs and order directly from Penn State like Arlin suggested. PSI is a supplier I have bought a lot of stuff from without issue (not affiliated in any way).

Good luck!

I’m cancelling this morning. I’ll call the bank and tell them not to allow any charges from this co.
Ashamed, they had some nice stuff at good cost.

you might want to try www.woodturningz.com as well.
they also buy a lot of their supplies from PSI and yet sell cheaper than PSI

knotheadswoodshed, I have bought from them and they were lightning fast on delivery, which is why I struggle with this vendor.

I have also bought from www.woodturningz and since they buy in bulk from PSI they get it for what we pay for 100 plus kits from PSI.

The last 3 years they have been getting some supplies that PSI does not provide.

On PSI I always select the slow shipping so I can buy more instead of the 2 day ship.
