128 posts in 1197 days Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada As a young child, I apparently enjoyed hammering nails into tree stumps, maybe woodworking takes me back to that place. Whatever it is that drove me to do woodworking, it stuck. I've been slowly developing my skills since taking shop class in grade 7 and expect to keep learning until the Ents catch up with me. I tend to have a jack-of-all-trades approach to everything that I do, so when people ask what kind of woodworking I do, my answer is kind of long winded. I am now at the point where I want to develop my skills in joinery and furniture building and hopefully my other experiences with carpentry, carving, turning, etc can play a small part in that work. -- Ian - Life's a game, if you don't play, you can't win.
