Thanks for the welcome notes. Hopefully I’ll be able to post some pictures of my shop and some projects I’ve been working on soon. Yesterday I milled up some mystery lumber that a coworker found in his barn. It ended up being some beautiful Honduran Mahogany. Now I just need to figure out what to make with it…

The sides of the box were formed by laminating 3/8” hard maple and 3/8” splalted maple together. I then inlay the ebony in the top edge of the sides between the two woods.
