Me Bad! Yes I was delinquent in my maintenance, Interesting thing about this old DP the taper that holds the Jacobs Chuck measures with zero runout. The gauge doesn’t even wiggle when the taper is rotated. Run out on the chuck is plus or minus 5 thousandths. A fair amount when you are trying to drill real accurate holes.

Celebrating the holiday weekend with friends so corrective measures will be delayed till next week. Hope y’all enjoy too!
