Thanks guys! I hope to learn and offer a lot of experience here.
Ben, a dulcimer is a stringed instrument developed in the Appalachian mountains. I build the mountain dulcimer (usually four strings with one course doubled for more volume). There is also a hammered dulcimer that has a string for each note, and is played with "hammers" (actually small mallets often shaped like spoons). However, my real passion is wheel and wagon building!
