Enjoyed the video as always!

If you’re open to a suggestion, let me offer this one. If you were to put your talking points on a dry-erase board situated right behind the camera, you could see them, while maintaining eye contact with the viewers, rather than looking down, away from the viewers. That way, it would be more like a conversation with the viewers, as if they were right there in the shop with you.

Thanks Dean! That is a great idea. I’m going to Staples tomorrow and throwing away the pad for good. Thanks for the suggestion.
