I caught the woodworking bug a few years ago, but didn't have the space to make anything. I read everything I could get my hands on and slowly started buying the tools. I made a Roubo workbench as my first official project.

I mainly use hand tools, and all of my tools are currently housed in a 1920's tool chest that was made by the man who was the head carpenter for the Brown Palace Hotel in Denver.

I like all different types of furniture, but tend to gravitate towards pieces with less ornamentation. My favorite woods to work with are cherry, maple and walnut.
