I am a french math teacher and a passionate woodworker hobbyist. My wife is from Altadena, CA so we happen to travel a lot. Over the years, it gave me the opportunity to complete projects for friends and family on both sides of the Atlantic... The birth of our twins in 2010 (Anna & Joseph) triggered a new housing in 2011 which now calls for more woodworking projects.
I have a general admiration for woodworking, love for Arts & Crafts and a special devotion to Greene & Greene.
I developed my skills in the US with the help of my wife's uncle who owns a little shop. In France, I have now build my own shop but as we live in an apartment building, most of my tools have to be portable and I have to do the noisiest job away in the fields or at my parent's house 150 miles away...
