The front of our house is built four feet off the ground (the back is about 7 1/2 feet up.) For the first four months we simply had a ramp made out of one of the rounds from a tree I had previously slabbed. All coutertop shops or local lumber yards that cut custom formica countertops have scraps that they just throw away. Anyone can get them locally around here. A standard double sink cutout is large enough for most of our shop needs. Check this out!
