i recently posted a question as to what ros sander i should get for a$200.00 well shot the budget all to hell. i demoed the unit at my local woodcraft and after sanding a endgrain cuttingboard in less than 4 min. i was sold this is a very agressing sander not a finish sander by any means. i can now flaten my boards on drum sander at 80 grit and go to festoll and have it ready for finishing in no time at all. best part is a do a lot of boards and i can sand boards next to boards with finish ...

got this saw about a week ago looked at all the 9 and 10 inch saws out there in the 100 dollr range this had the least amount of plastic on it. got it for my daughter so she could cut her pen blanks to size without having to wait to use mine. did all the regular start up stuff sett blade tracking,adjust table to square,adjust blade tension, and adjust guides. started it up and it started to walk across the table vibrating so bad was hard to push the off button.took the blde off ck wheels top ...

i have been using a craftsman 20401 14 inch bandsaw for almost 4 years now. not a bad saw at all but not ment to be used to resaw almost every day. needless to say it was showing some wear. started looking at all the saws that were 14 inches both the jett and powermatic only had 15 inch tables too small for me. so that left the ricon only thing i did not like was the guide bearings they are the same as what was on the craftsman. started looking around and found the carter brg,s replaced the b...
