I am considered a master of most, but still striving to learn to be the master of the one. I have built alot of furniture, bedroom headboards, dressers, night stands etc. I have bulit living room tables, shelf units, picture frames, a parsons table in which I just finished. I also just finished a trash can holder which opens up from the front. I enjoy carviing horse heads, I carved three elk, placed them on a peice of wood, walking thru the grass and moss. It was the first thiings I ever carved. They stand about six inches tall. I think these elk got me hooked. I took first place in a carvers contest. I have built several of my own homes over the years. I love to keep busy doing something, carving, building, drawing, painting, etc.
I am retired from the State of Michigan because my health, My wife and I traveled in our motor home and we ended up here in Zephyrhills Fl.

HI if you are still looking for the wood there is also a saw mill on 301 in dade city it is on the left before you reach the 98 hwy, turn. I think his name is stunzman, I not sure if this is correct been a long time sense I was there.
