... of about 3 years, I have finally found some time to start back on the workshop. Between a minor bout with cancer and my usual pursuit of wealth, I temporarily ran out of inspiration (not for woodworking, but for finishing out the shop room.) ...

I'm just reentering woodworking after many years of career, kids, etc. I'm setting up shop with some new used tools (like the table saw) and some tools I have from my father, who at 89 is getting just a bit shaky to work around power tools anymore.
I learned quite a bit from my father when I was young, but woodworking has changed a lot since the 70's. Now that I can set up my own shop, I can do what I have dreamed of doing for 30 years - have a wood shop of my own.

OK, I have posted a couple of pictures of my proposed workshop in the workshop area. I’m really excited about it. After all these years, an actual shop and not a corner of a cramped garage! I’ll post more after I clean off the clutt...
