« Part 4: guitar build and repair Part 5 of vintage life series Part 6: Don't one up me! »

I thank all of you who sent me advise!. Thanks Sawdust! I want to say
1. I use flying dutchman blades
2. I ping my blades for tension
3. I lightly clamp (small light rubber bands) around the blade to see how they point.
4. I try to use a slow feed rate.
I forgot the term but the notched lining that is glued in to provide a gluing surface to attach the plates to the sides.
I was asked about my scroll saw-It’s a skill (yes I know). The first thing I did when I got itt,was cut a 3/4” piece of plywood to fit over the ridiculous little paw print table that they use now, It’s J.B. welded on and level. Please check out my other postings. posted under vintage life.
Sincere thanks to all my friends!
