Though I am new to LJ's, I have been a fan since Scott(poroskywood) told me about the sight in the spring of '10.I was picking up some curly maple and told me check it out, that there was a lot of info, and helpful people here.As for me i'm a 38 year old tree farmer(hence treedigger nickname)married 18 years with 2 daughters.Woodworking is something I started about a couple years ago, and it's been a learning experiance ever since.I work out of a confiscated 12 x24 bay in my garage, space is tight to say the least, but we all make due when we have to.

Welcome. You have found the right place for woodworking. A great group of people willing to help. Looking forward to see your projects and comments. Work safe in the shop and don’t forget to use pushsticks.

Welcome to Lumberjocks. The projects are an inspiration, the information is priceless and the people are supportive. The only problem is, the site can get addictive.

God Bless

Hi there,
Welcome to LumberJocks… I joined the site myself almost a year ago and will give you fair warning, this site is VERY ADDICTIVE, VERY EDUCATIONAL, and VERY FUN…. so sit back, enjoy the ride and learn from the other LJ’s as they are a group of extremely talented people that are also very friendly…

Enjoy your time here on LJ and pass the word to any of your woodworking buddies about us…

Wisty
