Does anyone have information about what happened to this company? I’ve bought plans from them over they years and have been happy. However, my most recent purchase went unfulfilled and I can’t contact them through their contact us address (admin@cidwoodworking.com).
Thanks.

I just went to google and it says that the company moved to P.O. Box 146 Lampeter, PA 17537-0146 Don[t know if that will help or not. I couldn’t find any phone numbers or anything else.

Yeah, I know but it’s just a PO Box. I guess I’ll try the BBB tomorrow. Thanks.

Well, right after posting this message I got an automated e-mail from them saying my order was on its way and a few days later it arrived. I guess a lot of people monitor this site.

It worked last time so I’ll try it again. I really like their plans so I ordered a couple more on their web-site. I haven’t heard a word from them except for a confirmation that they charged my credit card. The web-site says Tim Mize is the owner. Tim, do you frequent LJ’s? Can I get my order? Please?

I’m tired of waiting. This guys just doesn’t seem to get customer service. If you don’t mind blindly putting in an order then sitting back and waiting for the order to come in then this is the company for you. If you like the courtesy of an acknowledement of an order then steer clear of CIDwoodworking plans.
