I passed up on a delta unisaw the other day because i was feeling a bit lazy, it was a right tilt, lots of rust, it had a uniguide, but the short one, 3 phase, 5hp motor, but it was also mising the right side cast iron top, the extended table just went up to the table, so you really couldnt tell. I put the first bid in at $50, and no one was bidding against me, finally slmeone bid $60, so i let them have it, Did i make a mistake not buying that? I wasnt sure what i could sell it for. To tell you how lazy i felt that day, i passed on a powermatic jointer, 8” with a single phase motor when it hit $250! Insold the last one i had at $600. I think i picked the wrong weekend to give up sugar and cafiene |
