Hello all,

I need a new office area for my wife. Unfortunately I do not have the time to devote to this project. I do have several rocking chairs planned for inventory though so was wondering if anyone would be interested in building me a desk and shelves in trade for a rocking chair. Looking for it to be an xmas present.

I would be willing to do all the transporting and would be looking to stay within 300 miles of Arcade, NY.

For ideas of the desk stlyes that I like, but am open to other design ideas:

Probably would like the office done in red oak, finished to a darker shade, much like the oak desk in project 2123. I love the grain in that desk. She is a teacher who needs space for lots of book and paper storage, but uses a laptop so the desk does not need to be built to house a computer or anything.

If anyone is interested then we can work out the details.
To see an example of my chairs:

Thanks all and have a great September.
