Hey guys and gals

Just thought that I would let you know that once again I am out of work. I am getting so sick and tired of working for a temp agency. But that seems the only way I can get work. I am getting my resume’ out there but noone is biting yet. Sorry for this post. I guess I just needed to vent. On the upswing though I have a lead on some woodworking work. The owner of the craft mall I am set up in has asked me to start making some pointers for teachers. He will supply the apple and hearts, all I have to do is supply the dowels and paint the hearts. I told him that I could do it at $4.00 a piece. Hopefully that will take off. I made no money last month at the mall. So here’s to more woodworking and finding a permanent job soon.

all we can do is stay positive ,
and hope for the best !

and maybe use that time for some to-do things .

hope it changes for you soon !

Rick,

As corny as it sound- “When one door closes, another opens”- but it is true. Something better is on the way. Ditto what Rj said.

Stay positive Rick. That west coast is a tourist trap. A lot of people go there just to spend money, casinos, souvenirs, you just got to find the right product and they will come. I knew a guy when I worked in rehab that went to Florida every year and got by selling glass bottles full of Florida sand to tourists, at 3 bucks a crack. Now people might be a little more tight with their buck right now, but hey, you find the right thing and they will buy it. Good luck my friend, I’ll say a prayer for you.

Good luck, I hope things work out for you. I have been through some thin times and I feel for you, I know what it is like.
