To the untrained eye this is firewood (some of it probly is). I have simular piles of walnut burl and quartersawn oak and it is used to keep the house warm when the piles get overwelming. I dont know if they sell Walnut BBQ wood in Texas but I can go to the market and buy bage of Mesquite for my steaks… We eat around 7:00. -- Ron, Twain Harte, Ca.
