I hope you’re talking $5 a piece for the wood blanks and not the bottle stoppers. I also turn stoppers and know the metal stopper portion costs you more then $5 a piece. The turned stoppers and just GEORGOUS. Very intricate detail. What do you use for finish? I oil, buff & wax mine. Here’s an idea (if you have a market for it and you may already be doing it). Counter sink a state quarter into the top of the stopper. I sell many of those as tourist items from their visit to WA and they also like to send them to wine enthusiasts in other parts of the country.
