I have a piece I picked up a couple of months ago in Oregon, not sure if it meets your demensions, definitely 1\2” thick but not sure if the rest if big enough, I will check tomorrow and get back to you.

FC1, my piece of maple is not square, it is 3/4” thick, 18” long, 9” wide at one end and 6” wide at the other end with a live edge. Not the demensions you were looking for but if you want try it, let me know.
