On the website there is a help link. It references a g-mail e-mail account to use if questions need answers and states the gurus will respond. Well, I have sent my question several times now and have yet to receive a response of any kind. Does anyone actually monitor this email account?

Try sending a PM to Cricket. That usually gets results.

Where are you seeing a Gmail link? (I have a feeling that is from a few owners ago.)

We have a contact us link in the footer, or you can message me.

Click “Help” in the footer and it is on the resulting page…

I have sent a request to have that replaced.

Our contact link is right beside it.
