i am having alot of cracks in my bandsaws. Shape is good tension is good, wheels r square, no crossline. M running a 6’ salem air strain/ sliverback. All gullet cracks.

Is it tensioned too tight? Motor vibration?

The possibility of cracks is the diameter of the wheels being too small and the blade thickness for that size of wheel.
I had troubles with a home made band saw with 11” wheels till I got some special thin blades
