Topic tags/keywords: question

I was given 6 of these shells 20 some od years ago and I have given them away to friends who are/were in the military over time. I’m now down to only having mine and I want to put it on display, but my wife is fighting me on it. Some of the issues she has are it’s too heavy to just be put out somewhere for the grandson to try and tackle. I was going to try and make a lamp display for it and she looked at me as if I had a third eye groing in my face…needless to say, the only way this piece of WWII history comes out of my shop is if it looks like furniture. I’m drawing a blank and would love to get some suggestions from y’all on what you would do with it. It is about 36” tall and weighs about 40-50 pounds. I am eagerly waiting for some killer suggestion out of this talented bunch! Thanks
