Can someone identify the model of the jointer shown in the last picture of this craigslist posting:

https://corvallis.craigslist.org/tls/5002141317.html

I have never been to a public auction, but if the price is right I would be interested in the jointer. The jointer is the “missing link” in my shop at the moment. I might swing by the auction. Who doesn’t need more clamps?

Sure looks like this one. I’m bidding on a bunch of clamps in a local online auction. Who couldn’t use more clamps is right.

Everybody needs more clamps.

Thank you for the ID. I can’t find any reason to believe that isn’t it.

I am a bit sad to see that it is a 6”er, not a 8”.

What would you pay for something like this?

In searching for your jointer, I found this thread. There’s a bit of info about what to pay for this jointer. Model numbers may be different, maybe not, but depending on age, yours could be anywhere from 225-450. I have an older grizzly 6” and I paid 225 for it. ive seen better deals than that. I wouldn’t pay more than $300. Hope for lower.

Looks like a JET 708457K JJ-6CSX. It’s white, so it’s made after 2000….it’s likely made in Taiwan, but could be made in China if it’s newer. < $400 is reasonable IMO.
