I plan on retrofitting my cabinets with pullouts and was planning on using Blum 562s undermounts. I have face frame cabinets
For the pullout on the bottom of the cabinet, can I attach the slides to the deck of the cabinet or should I use the the b.295.4000 brackets and attach them to face frame.
The plan is to have two pullouts per base cabinet. As for the upper pullout, is it better to use the Blum’s rear mounting brackets or build out the sides to be flush with the face frame.
Something about using the thinner 1/4” cabinet back and face frame to carry the load makes me nervous.
