This might get you started:

No way to tell if it’s worth the asking price without seeing it.

I have the saw and am trying to sell mine right now. Its a great saw but my little boys are really getting into working with me. So I upgraded to a 3hp Sawstop.

It was a decent full size traditional right tilt contractor saw. Fence was ok, not great. Has a conventional splitter, outboard motor, and steel wings. It sold new in the $550-$600 range. $200 would be a good deal if it’s in decent shape and fits your needs.

The person said it is in good condition and has not been used much. There is a tiny bit of rust on it but I figure that can be cleaned with steel wool. It comes with a fence and dado blade set as well.

Sight unseen, people can only guess. If it really is in good condition, then yes, it’s worth it.
