I have been asked to build a bullet shaped kitchen island/table like the one in the website I posted above. I have been leaning towards the kerfing method to bend the plywood, but have seen a lot about bendy plywood as well. Just want to see what the best method would be for this before I start, or if anyone has ever encountered a project like this. If anyone has some insight on this it would be greatly appreciated.

you could use bendable ply up to the nose. I think the nose is a separate piece of solid wood.
