I am getting ready to redo a kitchen so i bought me a shaper and then found some cutters on Craig’s list. The shaper is a Delta 5HP and has a 1 1/4” spindle. The stiles and rail cutters are all 1 1/4”. But most of the raised panel cutters measure 1 9/16”. Most of the cutters say Kush Wood or KW on them. I can’t find Kush Wood anywhere. I cannot find any shaper on the web that has a 1 9/16” spindle. I cannot find any adapter for a 1 9/16” spindle. Can anyone tell me what they go to? Can they be adapted to fit a 1 1/4” spindle?

Maybe it’s metric.

Yes, 40mm. Should be able to find adapters to fit to 1 1/4”. That is quite a find!

Do you know where I can get through 1 1/4” to 40 mm adapter?
