Topic tags/keywords: clamp

Went to HD this morning to re-stock some basics. (Glue, sandpaper, etc, etc…) While there I found a decent deal on 2 inch spring clamps.

$.99 a piece.

You can never have enough clamps… of any kind.

BTW, stop by the Old Cranky Workshop FB page. I need a few more “likes” to reach 1000. Throw a guy a bone.

Okay, more then a few. :)

Thanks, Chris,

I was just in HD last night, but didn’t look ,or know they had the clamps on sale. My wife was dragging me all around the store looking at things to re-do our master bathroom…..And I have visited your Old Cranky Workshop, but didn’t post anything a few days ago…..Didn’t post anything, but might go back and take a look again….

Oh….And I don’t have any stars on my ‘puter like DKV posted, so I don’t know where he got them….

Guys, these clamps have been $.99 each at my HD for at least 3 years.
They used to be green and now they are gray, but they are the same clamps.
I find them fairly useful, but it sure would be better if they opened up to 2”.

Thanks. But it’s the first time I’ve seen them at that price. And I’m in there at least once a week.

I’ve got at least a Dozen of these except they all have Red Plastic where yours show Gray.

I like them a LOT! The Bigger Ones? You need both hands to open them. They ALL hold nice and tight!

I’m sure they open to 2” without a problem.
