Topic tags/keywords: question miter saw

every year when i go to daytona on vacation we always go to this flee market that has alof of cool ’’junk’’. I found the deal of the day, i got this miter saw brand new in the box for $50 i figured it was worth that so i got it. has anyone ever used this saw and was it worth that? also i bought an older dremel brand scroll saw for $15 and i figured it was worth that, it originally had a disc sander on the side but that is missing, does anybody no where i can buy one of those for cheap?

my boss in FL had a Delta 10” miter saw, HEAVY!! not too bad, pretty difficult to lug around from job to job, but if you’re putting it in a workshop, no problems. Just be sure to keep a sharp blade on it. If it’s like the one I remember, the base is cast iron, so keep it lubed good, or it will stick.
