Hi, does anyone here know where to buy quality 3/4 baltic birch or other good plywood in Iowa City area? I could only find low cost, relatively low quality at Lowes ($49/sheet) or very expensive over $120/sheet at Hills Hardwood.

Is there another place you would recommend? I want to luild a large bookcasewith it.

Thank you all
george

Best source for Cabinet wood in Ia is Liberty Hardwoods in Ankeny Ia they are wholesale, their catalog is on Line. Prices are too I believe, they run trucks to Eastern Iowa twice a week. If you can’t buy wholesale, go to a small mom and pop cabinet shop and work a deal to add your needs on to their next order. Shouldn’t be much of a proble

They have beautiful stock.
