Miter Gauge

Ron, I have the Incra 1000SE and chose it over the Kreg simply because it is a little cheaper and, other than that, the two are very similar tools. Mine was dead on right out of the box and I have been using it for 3 years now without any problem.

I have the Incra 1000HD and love it. I’ve only had it for a couple months but it’s looking good. For the most part I haven’t been happy with the Kreg products I have purchased.

it’s not in your list , but i just got the orbourne #50-EB3 , as it was on sale for $ 100 .00 .
its nice , and has a sliding stop that goes to 42” .
the only problem i have , is my miter slots need to be trued in the table saw , as it tightens up in spots .
i will file the slots , and i’m sure it’s dead on !

Between those two I’d go with the Incra because I’m familiar with it, and don’t think you can go wrong with it. (the 1000SE is similar to the V27 with the addition of a fence, longer handle, and the 1° cursor).

I’d also consider the EB-3 because of the fence brace.

I have the Incra 1000SE and absolutely LOVE It….I should have bought it much sooner than I did.

Have to side with patron. The osbourne EB-3 is an excellent fence. Can’t speak on the other two but I’ve had the EB-3 since February. Love it. It was reviewed and is listed under Table Saw Accessories. Another Jock had a similar question recently and all three of these gauges were thoroughly discussed. Found it, Shummie posted the question, “Which miter gauge is the best choice?” Hope this helps. BTKS
