Hey guys, I’m rebuilding the head on a Jet 1442.

When I tried to install the reeves drive, I couldn’t even get the sliding 1/2 of the pulley on the shaft.
The stationary 1/2 was fine.

The new spindle mics at .945

The sliding 1/2 of the reeves drive mics at .944
The stationary 1/2 is .925

I need a spec for the pulley ID so it will have enough play to slide.

I’m calling Jet today, but if I decide to get it machined, I need a spec.
