I have an 8’ piece of this stuff i got from work. What would be some good uses for it?

Table saw or router table fence. Sliding hold down rail for jigs. Just a couple thoughts.

Linear bearings and a router plate or saw plate for a super long portable fence. That rectangular piece would serve best as a fence for a drill press, miter saw, router. I prefer the 30 square extrusion for my table saw fence. My question whenever I look at 80/20 stuff is what can’t I do with that.

miter saw fence.
CNC router
Panel saw.
Out feed support…

others too… it’s up to you.
neat stuff. I don’t have any, but my mind can conjure up dozens of uses.

I acutally sold my miter saw which probably would have been a good use of it!

I was thinking of using it for a table saw cross cut sled, but i’m in the midst of designing one with an adjustable fence.
