Hi gang,

I am in Florida until Saturday June 20th is there anything I should check out in the Orlando area around wood working, maybe a unique wood store or even a museum?

Thanks folks.

I’ve lived in FL for almost 28 yrs and have yet to find an attraction known for its woodworking. Not many hard wood trees this far south. You may be able to find some cypress that’s been underwater for half a century or more. Good luck.

It is not wood related, but check out Cafe Tu Tu Tango, it is down the road from the convention center. One of the best restaurants I have ever been in, all the walls are covered with art done by locals, most of it done right there in the restaurant. Some nights they have belly dancing too. I go every-time I am in Orlando and come home with a new painting.
