This is my second go at turning a pen and I must say I’m hooked. This stuff is fun!

Good looking pen! What is the wood? I started turning 5 years ago, and pens is what drew me into turning. I’ve made about 50, and branched out into all kinds of spindles—tool handles, peppermills, etc. Hope to try bowls this year. I’ve got a number of pens I want to turn, but right in the middle of some home remodeling.

I just looked at my spreadsheet of inventory, and I have over 90 kits! I’m obviously hooked as well.
