I as said bought a Delta scrollsaw. I now find (maybe I am doing it wrong) that the screws underneath and above holding the blades have stripped their threads. Now fortunately I have a way of making new ones. This happened before with a previous one which I returned with the exact same problem for this new one after five days is this a built in design flaw.The threads are too soft that’s for sure.Anyone else notice this or am I too strong for my own good.Alistair

Alistair, I am sure you cannot be wrong. There must be an inherant defect in the design. Anyway you have a means to correct it. Hope it won’t happen again.
