Topic tags/keywords: question lazy susan resource jig

I got a request recently to build a lazy susan for a young family to sit on their round dining table.
I would appreciate any ideas or experiences that you could share with me while I go through the planing stage.

I’m not sure of the following things:
1. proper diameter.
2. Height.
3. Wood, corian, formica etc.
4. Turnbale hardware quality.

Any and all help appreciated.
