I need a hinge that will do what I need it to do… the door opens/ folds down from an inset front 90 degrees so I can move something out onto it from inside the cabinet. SEE IMAGE!

Any suggestions

How big of door? You could use/make a knife hinges like the one on my Wabi Sabi. http://lumberjocks.com/projects/96622

Door is like 18 inches wide and 10 inches high. If it suppose to be hinged at the bottom so you can drag the toaster oven out onto the door as a platform and it would be once if the insidoe of the door was flush with the deck.

Maybe something like this?

flap hinge

Or a sewing machine hinge? (but this won’t give you any overlay in the closed position):

sewing machine hinge

Use regular butt hinges and put the toaster oven on a shelf with drawer slides. ‘Dragging’ it out is going to beat up the door and get old fast.

try one of the 35mm euro hinges. They come in all sorts of configurations. Rockler has a good selection.
