Hello everyone I had a problem with my shed doors they are five years old and made out pine.There are made using stile and rails construction and the doors are 1inch quarter thick and here the problem i ran into most stile and rails bit work in 3/4 thick and I look at door entry door bit but they work in 1 3/8 and up not lower so i was able to build the doors but i used a bit for 3/4 thick just had to modify the bit it was a reversible bit so i was able to make changes but does anyone know were you can find these bit that work in thickness of 1inch to 1 1/4 i cant find any online been to cmt,freud and some others i guess you could say why are you looking you got the doors built yes but i want to know for future reference thanks

Freud has a set for extrior doors that advertise in all the woodworking magazines. Look it up on Freud’s website.

It seems like I’ve seen a set on e bay. Sometimes you can adjust the cut buy changing bearing sizes

As a matter of fact, make sure when buying a Freud tool that you’re buying from an authorized distributor so you’re getting genuine Freud Tools!
